MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 5 years of experience demonstrating your ability to develop a strategy, set a course and generate net new business from new clients as a result of your cultivation efforts, preferably in a similar broadcast or digital marketing agency environment
- Knowledge of broadcast and OTT advertising markets
- Use your contacts in the market and sales abilities to develop new business opportunities
- Act as a consulting subject matter expert in traditional and digital media advertising services
- Demonstrate you are an active member in the Pittsburgh regional advertising ecosystem through networking and referrals
- Comfort in the Board Room from pitching top executives and conveying a compelling value proposition to gaining a competitive edge and closing deals.
