We are looking for a talented Software Engineer who is experienced in Computer Vision, Machine Learning and AI to help enhance our client’s image visualization platform building, testing, designing and coding new vertical applications for web and mobile deployment in live mission-critical broadcast environments for their major TV network, streaming and DOD clients.
You will be working on 360 broadcast, video streaming and AR/VR web and mobile applications for deployment with the nation’s premier broadcast and web networks. Our client’s mission is to deliver real time visuals to global audiences from iconic events like the Super Bowl and the College Football National Championship as well as proprietary imaging platforms for DOD contractors like Boeing.
You will be working on 360 broadcast, video streaming and AR/VR web and mobile applications for deployment with the nation’s premier broadcast and web networks. You will be working on 360 broadcast, video streaming and AR/VR web and mobile applications to deliver real time visuals to global audiences from iconic events like the Super Bowl and the College Football National Championship as well as proprietary imaging platforms for DOD contractors like Boeing.
Here's the environment and tools . . . Nvidia GPU, CUDA, Vulkan, OpenCV, OpenGL, Jetson with low-level computing in C/C++. Skill & Experience
- Nvidia GPU (CUDA), OpenGL, OpenCV, Vulkan experience required
- Experience with Nvidia Xavier AGX (Jetson)
- Low-level computing experience in C/C++
- Experience with low latency encoding/decoding algorithms used for processing high
quality (8k+) real-time videos - Working knowledge of various image processing techniques (ie. demosaicing algorithms,
flat field correction) used to optimally manage computational complexity, color fidelity
and overall image quality - Understanding of cloud-based GPU architectures and performance capabilities
- Familiarity with the video quality standards required for broadcast a plus
- Knowledge of video codecs and transport streams
- Familiarity with Windows 10/64 and Linux development environments
