Creative Writer
​Pittsburgh
Salary Range  ​$65,000 - $80,000

One of our top Pittsburgh-based digital agency clients is looking for a Creative Writer with storytelling instincts who has the demonstrable ability to develop attention-grabbing headline copy for B2C and B2B ads, websites, landing pages and other print collateral. If you can help lead ideation and give life to raw concepts this opportunity could be perfect match for you because our client doesn't want a follower. They want a creative trailblazer.

The agency develops integrated omni-channel campaigns for regional, national and international accounts featuring digital tools and interactive media along with traditional assets as well. As a result, you will have the opportunity to expand your horizons personally and professionally working as a key creative contributor on their creative team led by one of the best Creative Directors in the business.

Here's what we're looking for in YOU:
  • Demonstrable headline grabbing samples for print, digital, web, video and related media
  • Engaging content that communicate benefits, create awareness and generates results
  • A solid creative contributor who enhances our ideation process
  • An understanding of the value of presenting consistent messages and brand voice
  • The ability to with cross-functional partners - clients, designers, project managers and account folks to develop content strategies and deliver on project timelines
  • Editorial skills to ensure accuracy, effectiveness, and consistency of style, tone and language.
  • Insights into metrics and customers’ reactions to various approaches and offers with a results driven approach to your work

QUALIFICATIONS
  • 6+ years as a copywriter with a corporate marketing department or creative agency
  • Ability to present your ideas passionately and strategically
  • Excellent organizational skills, both personal and departmental
  • Ability to multi-task, work efficiently under pressure and meet demanding deadlines in a fast-paced, sometimes unpredictable environment
  • Digital copywriting experience with knowledge of SEO
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team​
