You’ll be surrounded and supported by experts in print, broadcast and social buying, who collaborate to develop the most effective media buying strategies and campaigns for some of the most well-known brands in the tri-state and beyond.

The ideal candidate is a passionate digital media expert who functionally knows the digital media ecosystem as a practitioner, can develop and execute custom strategies and plans as well as pitch them with confidence. We need a subject matter expert.

The Digital Media Director will be responsible for:
  • Participates in the development and execution of client media strategies by making the appropriate decisions for client business that are based upon accurate interpretation of media research and client priorities
  • Leads digital buying by monitoring performance, addressing issues, setting priorities and managing the workload
  • Establishes a clear understanding of the client’s business and specific media goals
  • Ensures the agency’s adherence to best practices and procedures for timely and accurate media deliverables
  • Reports into the VP, Media Director, keeping them abreast of day-to-day status and flagging and elevating any concerns.
  • Manages media planners across multiple accounts
  • Uses multiple sources of external data, perform campaign analysis directly relevant to, and to assist in, optimizations, planning, and/or buying decisions.
  • Monitors and helps with media plan execution, pacing, and reporting
  • Oversees the tracking and reporting of digital campaign performance
  • Stays up to date on hot industry topics specifically in the digital space and helps to craft POVs

Background & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
  • 6 – 8 years of experience working at a media agency with a concentration in digital channels such as Display, Video/OTT, Social, and Search
  • Working knowledge of Scarborough, Kantar and Google Analytics preferred
  • A proven ability to multi-task, prioritize with multiple projects and clients with different timelines and deliverables.
  • A proven track record of demonstrating sound creative, strategic, and analytical thinking skills
  • Expert knowledge of digital investment and activation across all online channels
  • An intrinsic passion for new technology and utilization of social media tools to engage and inspire new solutions for clients​
