Marketing Lead

​Salary Range $55,000 - $60,000

You’ll be surrounded by experts in marketing, engineering, design, and fabrication, who collaborate to develop never-seen-before physical experiences for our clients, some of the most well-known consumer facing brands in the US.
 
We’re looking for a Marketing “Thinker and Doer” - adept from idea to implementation. Someone who can conceive a formidable strategy, sell it to leadership and then pull the content and other resources together to execute, disrupt and gain visibility for our team and organization.

The Marketing Lead is held accountable to the responsibilities listed below:
  • Marketing Execution - Overseeing the collaborative development and of our marketing strategy, including specific goals, tactics, and measurement across all deployment platforms (PR, social, event, drip campaigns, webinars, etc.)
  • Brand Growth - Proactively identifying new opportunities to grow the brand.
  • Speaking Engagements - Securing and coordinating speaking opportunities for agency executives and subject matter experts.  
  • Press Relations - Pitching and securing press articles about our client engagements and internal projects. Supporting client project launches through PR efforts. Build, maintain and track relationships with key journalists.  
  • Social Media - Creating a social media program for the agency and executing it.
  • Website Conversions - Taking responsibility for the effectiveness and accuracy of the agency’s website and increasing traffic and conversions.
  • Project Documentation - Developing a strategy for project documentation and working alongside Documentarian to get assets that tell the right story.
  • Industry Awards - Applying for all relevant industry awards.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • 2-5 years of experience in copywriting, social media or strategy, preferably in a similar advertising agency environment. 
  • Cultural fit and desire to work in challenging, funky, fun environment.
  • CRM and Marketing automation experience are preferred.
