Our market-leading international client is moving its North American headquarters to Pittsburgh (Wexford) and we are recruiting an experienced Office Manager to oversee all functions related to their daily business operations. This is an opportunity to grow with a new management team dedicated to rapidly expanding their growth.
In this hands-on role, the Office Manager is responsible for the day-to-day activities in the back office, including, but not limited to purchasing, shipping products to customers in the USA and Canada, customer service, and overseeing the general office administration.
Candidates should demonstrate their ability to embrace responsibilities and take ownership, exhibit strong communication skills and have the ability to prioritize and effectively multi-task.
